Ordering

  • My order is not going through and my credit card is getting declined.

    Make sure all of the credit card information is correct. If it is, the next most common cause of this is an incorrect billing address. Make sure that the billing address you have entered matches exactly what you have on file with your bank.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you need to cancel your order, please use our contact form immediately. Due to the speed at which we ship out orders after they have been placed, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel any order. If we cannot cancel it, you can still return it for a refund.

  • My coupon code is not working.

    Make sure that you have typed your coupon code correctly. Most coupons are a one-time use, and so if you have already used it it will not work again.

  • Can I change or add items to my order after I already placed it?

    Because we try and ship out all orders right away, we cannot guarantee that we can change or add to an order after it has been placed.

  • Do you provide samples?

    At this time we do not provide any free samples.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    Anyone can order with us without an account. However, if you would like to create an account it will help you to store your information for faster ordering in the future, and let you keep track of your invoices.

  • Can I place an order my phone?

    At this time we can only accept orders through our secure online shopping cart.

  • Why is the item price changing when I click different colors and/or sizes?

    Item pricing frequently varies based on color and size.

  • Do you decorate items (embroidery or screenprinting)?

    At this time we do not do any screen printing or embroidery. If you need decorated items, we suggest taking any purchased items to a local shop.

  • Do you accept prepaid gift cards (for example, a prepaid amex card)?

    At this time we do not take any prepaid gift cards.

  • Can I pay with a non-US credit card?

    At this time we can only accept US based payment methods.

Shipping

  • How long does shipping usually take?

    Most orders are shipped the same day and arrive at their destination within 1-2 business days. Sometimes shipping can take longer, and so if your order is time-senstive, contact us with your exact order details and your shipping address, and we can give you a more accurate turnaround time.

  • When will my order ship?

    Most orders are shipped the same day when ordered during normal business hours.

  • Can I change the shipping address on my order?

    If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us right away. Because we try and ship out all orders right away, we cannot guarantee that we can change or add to an order after it has been placed.

  • What carrier do you use for shipping?

    All of our orders ship via UPS Ground or OnTrac, and a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

  • Do you offer additional shipping options?

    We do not offer additional shipping options during checkout. If your order is urgent, please contact us with your exact order details and shipping address, and you can let you know exactly when it will arrive.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?

    We cannot ship to PO boxes unless you also include a street address.

  • Can you ship overseas to military APO addresses?

    Unfortunately we cannot ship to an APO outside of the continental U.S. If you have an APO forwarding address, we can ship your order there.

  • Do you have weekend delivery?

    We only ship and deliver orders during business days.

  • Can I pick up my items are your warehouse?

    Orders cannot be picked up at our warehouses and must be sent to your shipping address.

  • I need my order to ship overnight.

    Please contact us with your exact order details and shipping address. Most likely, your order will take only 1 day to arrive with our normal shipping!

  • Do you ship outside of the lower 48 United States?

    No, at this time we can only ship to the lower 48 United States.

Tracking

  • I never received my shipment but my tracking number says it was delivered.

    Please contact us using our contact form with your order number.

  • I never received a tracking number.

    It is possible that the email containing your tracking number went to your spam folder in your email. If you do not see it there, it is likely that your order contains an invalid email address, so just contact us and we will send your tracking number to you.

  • Where can I check the status of my order?

    Visiting our order tracking page at www.shirtsinbulk.com/tracking and input your order number.

  • My UPS tracking number says there is no data available.

    It can take up to a few hours for tracking information to display newly generated tracking numbers. If you do not see tracking information, check back later.

  • According to the tracking information page, the shipment was returned to sender.

    Please contact us and we can resend your order.

  • I've only received part of my order.

    Please check to see if your order contained multiple tracking numbers. Some orders do come in multiple shipments that can have separate tracking numbers and transit times.

Returns

  • Can I exchange my item(s) for something different?

    We do not offer exchanges at this time. You will need to place a new order for any additional items, and return the undesired items using our returns page.

  • Can I return all my items in one package?

    Yes, just be sure to place any additional RMA slips inside the package.

  • How long will it take to receive my refund?

    Once we receive the items you’re returning (via your pre-paid UPS shipping slip) you should expect your payment credited back to your payment method. Excluding shipping time, it typically takes about 3-5 business days.

  • How do I return my items?

    Just visit our returns page at www.shirtsinbulk.com/returns. From there you will enter your order number and select the items you want to return, as long as it is within 30 days of your purcahse date. You will then be emailed a free prepaid UPS shipping slip that you can use to send your items back to us.

  • I can't download my return shipping label.

    Please contact us and we will assist you further.

  • How do I actually ship back my return items?

    Simply affix your free prepaid UPS shipping slip to your package and drop it off at the nearest UPS store. You can even use the original packaging that your items arrived in.

  • I requested an RMA and now I want to return different / additional items from my order.

    Simply enter your RMA number into our Returns page, and you can revise your items.

  • I sent back my items for return and have not yet received my refund.

    Please contact us and we will assist your further.

  • My RMA slip is blank when it opens.

    Please contact us and we will assist your further.

  • I am returning items from more than one order number. Can all of my items go in the same box?

    Yes, just be sure to place any additional RMA slips inside the package.

Product Information & Inventory

  • I am interested in an item that is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

    Please contact us and we will let you know when the item you are interested on will be back in stock.

  • What does size "OS" mean?

    "OS" means "one size". It's a term used when different sizes are not applicable or if only one size is available.

  • How frequently do you restock items?

    This depends on the particular item. Please contact us and we will let you know when the item you are interested on will be back in stock.

Billing

  • I never received an order receipt.

    It is possible that the email containing your order receipt went to your spam folder in your email. If you do not see it there, it is likely that your order contains an invalid email address, so just contact us and we will send you another copy of your receipt.

  • My card was declined, but there is still a charge on my card.

    This is very common, and many cardholder banks place a temporary hold on funds for declined transactions. These funds are generally cleared within a few business days. If you need an exact timeframe on when they will clear, you will need to contact your issuing bank.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    We do not charge sales tax at this time.

  • I lost my invoice. How can I get another copy of it?

    If you signed up for an account, you can login and find all of your past invoices in your account. Otherwise, simply contact us and we can send you another copy of your invoice.

  • Do you accept purchase orders?

    We do accept purchase orders for schools. You can find more information on our school purchase order page.

Discounts

  • Do you offer additional discounts for businesses and resellers?

    We do not offer additional discounts for business other than our bulk discounts. You can find more information about them on our discounts page.

  • Do you offer additonal discounts for charitable organizations?

    We can sometimes accommodate additional discounts for charitible organizations. Please contact us with details about your order and organization to learn more.

  • Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

    We offer very sizable bulk discounts for larger orders. You can find more information about them on our discounts page.

  • Why does my survey coupon not work?

    The survey coupon can only be used once per customer. If you have already used it, it will not work again.

  • Do you have a contact phone number?

    We provide unlimited support via email, but we do not provide support over the phone at this time.
