We have multiple warehouses around the USA that enable us to ship orders from locations closest to you. Most orders placed before 3PM EST are shipped that same day and arrive at their destination within 2-5 business days. Combined with our real-time order fulfillment technology, this enables us to have extremely fast turnaround time.

Free Shipping on all orders over $150

Shipping is free on all orders over $150. Orders between $100 to $150 ship for $4.99.  Orders less than $100 ship for $9.99

Free Return Shipping

If you need to place a return, we will provide you with a free pre-paid return shipping slip to send back your items. Returns can be placed within 30 days of your order date for un-decorated items.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers for shipments are provided as soon as they are available and are emailed to you.

Please note that we only process/ship orders on business days (no weekends or major holidays). Also, we do not offer international shipping, only domestic US shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

Custom Apparel Return Policy

Custom-designed and printed apparel is made specifically for you. Once your design proof is approved and production begins, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from the approved proof, please contact us so we can make it right.
