Refund policy

Shirts In Bulk gladly accepts returns for unwashed and undecorated items for any reason with FREE RETURN SHIPPING within 30 days from your order date! While we fully cover return shipping charges, any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your return shipment, you will be refunded for any unwashed and undecorated items. We cannot accept exchanges. A new order must be placed on our website for replacement items.

To start the return process, please email us at support@shirtsinbulk.com with the EXACT items you wish to return. Make sure to include the style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities.

After your return has been approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid UPS return label.

Each label is valid for one shipping package/box. If you doing a large return with multiple packages/boxes, just let us know so we can provide multiple return labels.
